The B School is an on-line community of Wedding and Portrait Photographers for the benefit of your business. They offer videos pertaining to a number of things related to business and technique. There is also a forum for feedback and question asking. There are meet ups with local photographers in the same area so you can get to know your fellow photographers in person. You can keep up with what you watch and like with your "homeroom".
Sounds like a great place to get connected and get some learning in!

Only the cutest props for baby! If you are looking for a fully designed set for babies or children, then this is the place for you. They have coordinating everything from hats, to blankets, to headbands, tutus, petty skirts, backdrops, floors and so much more! And I bet if they don;t have it, they'll make it for you. Doesn't hurt to ask! ;)
As if that wasn't enough, they also offer coordinating templates as well.
Julie Klaasmeyer also offers workshops for the baby photographers.
